We are unfortunately not able to offer our affordable free shipping lettermail during this time, due to the ongoing Canada post strike, we are however offering UPS rates, if you have issues getting rates please reach out!
PROCESSING TIMES
Due to the handmade nature of all my items, processing times will vary. Standard (not during peak season) is 4-7 days.
During the Christmas / Fall Season - Processing time can range from 5- 14 days depending on the order.
Please reach out to me prior to placing your order, to ensure your expected timeline is met.
*This does not include portraits - Pet Portraits are 10-21 days - You will receive an additional email update with your scheduled time to keep you up to date.
* Canvas Prints - Take 7-14 business days to arrive from my supplier so please get your portraits in early.

FREE LETTERMAIL SHIPPING
Shipped, with no tracking number through Canada Post. This option can take 4-21 business days. I'm pleased to be offering this option during slower seasons January through September. Unfortunately during the holiday season October through December I am unable to offer Free Lettermail Shipping due to the busy times for all post offices. In the past I've had to many parcels go missing and as a business owner it's a loss for myself and for you as customers, and I strive to get you the best service possible. Sorry for any inconvenience, I offer a discounted rate for tracked parcels, which I highly recommend purchasing as a secure, insured way to get your floofs outfits faster. Little Bear Wear is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen mail once it leaves our hands (unless tracked insured by canada post).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a fulfillment email with a tracking number when your order has been completed. You can track your package via Canada Post (please choose tracked shipping options at checkout).

US/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Recipients of an international shipment from Little Bear Wear may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
We comply with all local and international customs regulations and all forms will be completed with accurate package contents and value.
SHIPMENT OR DELIVERY ISSUES
We know this happens sometimes. Parcels get lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. We understand this, but we rely on our customers to communicate any issues to us as quickly as possible, so we can help the best we can. It is important to note that this is a major reason why I no-longer offer free lettermail shipping.
We ask that buyers notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a refund/re-shipping solution to be considered. If you do not contact us within the 7 days window we may not be able to help you with these issues. Please contact us with any issues and/or questions about this policy.
It is important to us that you get your items as quickly as possible. If you have a question regarding shipping or shipping/processing times, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order. This is especially important during peak seasons (October to December).
